Rizky Rachmadina ("Rizky") is a Partner at Christallago and Partners. Her practice spans general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, e-commerce, and dispute resolution.

Rizky advises domestic and multinational corporations, founders, and senior executives on strategic transactions, corporate restructurings, governance, regulatory matters, and complex commercial arrangements. She has particular experience in the e-commerce and digital business sectors, including matters involving technology-enabled business models and rapidly evolving regulatory frameworks.

In her contentious practice, Rizky represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Notably, she acted for a multinational engineering and construction group in a complex BANI arbitration arising from a major infrastructure project.

Beyond private practice, Rizky serves as the principal legal adviser to the Indonesian operations of a regional creator-economy and media group, following earlier senior leadership experience in the e-commerce and technology sector. Her direct involvement in executive decision-making, enterprise risk, and business strategy gives her a sophisticated commercial perspective and enables her to advise clients as a trusted strategic counsel.

  • Represented a leading Japanese bank in Indonesia in connection with the issuance of subordinated debt instruments.
  • Advised an Indonesian plantation company on the acquisition of a target company, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, and transaction documentation.
  • Represented PT Bupunsu Group (D'Cost Group) in the negotiation and execution of its business acquisition transaction as the seller.
  • Represented an Indonesian state-owned enterprise in the negotiation and preparation of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and an asset acquisition transaction.
  • Advised a Singapore-based venture capital firm on the acquisition of an Indonesian artificial intelligence technology company.
  • Served as legal counsel to Nexticorn Foundation on corporate and commercial legal matters.
  • Advised one of Indonesia's largest coal producers on the acquisition of strategic assets.
  • Advised one of Indonesia's largest coal mining companies on the acquisition of a coal mining company.

  • Represented PT Adaro Indonesia, as Borrower, and PT Adaro Energy Tbk, as Guarantor, in the refinancing of a USD 4 billion syndicated loan facility.
  • Represented one of Indonesia's largest coal mining companies as Borrower and Guarantor in connection with a USD 120 million revolving credit facility.
  • Represented an Indonesian construction company as respondent in arbitration proceedings before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
  • Advised a United States-based telecommunications company on the establishment of telecommunications tower businesses in Indonesia and Singapore.
  • Represented a foreign investment company in Indonesia in connection with a corporate restructuring transaction.
