Managing Partner & Founder
Morita Christallago (“Morita”) is the founder and the managing partner of Christallago & Partners. Her practice focuses on construction and infrastructure, commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, and complex dispute resolution.
Morita advises domestic and international corporations, contractors, investors, and private clients on high-value construction disputes, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. She has particular experience in construction and engineering disputes, representing clients in matters arising from EPC contracts, project execution, and contractual claims.
In her contentious practice, Morita represents clients before the Indonesian courts and the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). Her experience includes acting for a leading global engineering and construction group in a complex arbitration arising from one of Indonesia’s major power infrastructure projects, involving contractual interpretation, variation claims, project delays, and construction-related disputes.
In addition to her dispute practice, Morita regularly advises clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, investment structuring, financing transactions, and strategic commercial arrangements. Her earlier experience in the financial services sector provides her with a strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial risk, enabling her to deliver legal advice that is both commercially practical and strategically focused.
